under a magnifier with India Ink and a fine Nib Pen. The finished art resembles Scrimshaw with
its etched detailing. He especially enjoys drawing on Door County Beach Stones and antique
marble. Their smooth natural finish make a perfect drawing surface. All pieces are sealed
with a clear acrylic finish.
Old nautical scenes, wild life and buildings are among the many subjects used. Many pieces
are framed with a unique sand art frame which enhances the natural beauty of the piece. Each
